Monthly Parkridge HOA Meeting Information

The meeting is normally held the 4th Wednesday of each month beginning at 6:00pm.

The meeting location each month is at the

Sunrise Mountain Library 

21109 N. 98th Ave & Lake Pleasant Parkway

Peoria, AZ.  

Homeowners are encouraged to attend the monthly meeting. Time is set-aside at each meeting to allow everyone a chance to be heard.  It also allows you, as a homeowner, to understand the issues that come before the board and how the board works to resolve them.
