This following process was implemented by Arizona legislation at the end of 2006. There are no anonymous complaints. If anyone complains about a neighbor and a violation letter is sent that neighbor may send a certified letter within ten days of the notification requesting the name of the person who complained. They will then be sent a letter identifying the person that registered the complaint. This should not be a deterrent for you to call in concerns to the management company. Once a neighbor expresses a concern, the Management Company will do the due diligence to investigate the concern and verify the information and will then be the person who registered the complaint. You may still call the City of Peoria compliance and report code violations anonymously.
