Monthly Meeting Minutes
April 22, 2009
Meeting called to order: 6:00 P.M.

Residents in attendance: None
Read & Approved Minutes of Prior Meeting – It was moved to dispense with reading, and the motion was seconded and approved. As no addition or corrections were needed, the minutes will be filed as submitted.
Review & Submit Monthly Financial Statements
Financial Statements were reviewed and placed on file for audit. Dave questioned the fees being charged by Wells Fargo. It was recommended that he contact the bank and see if it would be feasible to change to the location in Basha’s.

The next newsletter will be mailed with the invoices on June1st. Articles need to be to Eldora no later than the May Board Meeting.
Management report
:Welcome letters: Letters were sent to the following new home owners:
- Lot 336 – Gary & Kitty Leedom
Lot 485 – Jay Carstensen & Veronica Wallace
Lot 431 – Daniel D. & Sandra L. Krohn
Lot 317 – Danielle Dahlen
Written Appeals:
a. Lot 489 Homeowner requests waiver of 2nd Weed Violation and $25 fine. Based on current pictures a motion was made, seconded and approved not to waive the violation.
b. Lot 490 The homeowner requested a waiver of the $25 fine relating to weeds. Based on current pictures and observation by Board member it was determined that the weeds in question actually belonged to neighbor. A motion was made, seconded and approved to waive the violation.
Architectural Requests: Requests were approved for the following homes:
Lot 37 – Nicholas Kerger – Create a brick path on side yard to park a vehicle.
