Read & Approved Minutes of Prior Meeting: Elaine Ball moved to dispense w/ reading; the minutes were corrected to state Sunrise Mountain Library for our next meeting. They will be filed as corrected.

Review & Submit Monthly Financial Statements: The financial statement can be filed for audit.

Landscape Committee: Sean will update his maintenance schedule through the end of the year and Cathy will distribute to the Board. He will meet with Eldora, Annette and possibly Brent to discuss the budget for next year.

Newsletter: The September newsletter is scheduled to be mailed with the September invoices. Items to be included: Peoria police update, Annual Meeting, Garage Sale, homeowners and their dogs, satellite dishes, etc.

Management report:

Cathy handed out some info regarding solar energy devices and for sale signs. These are items that could be included in the Architectural Guidelines. A Committee will be formed after the Annual Meeting to formalize the Guidelines.

Written Appeals: The following appeals for finance charges were waived without stipulation: Lots 188,325,197,129 and 67. Lot 17 was waived for finance charges but the usual stipulation for weeds and trash can was placed on the waiver.

Board Concerns: There will be openings for 2 new Board members in October to fill 3 year terms. Both Annette & Eldora’s terms are up. Looking for volunteers to serve.

Next meeting: September 30, 2009 at the Sunrise Mountain Library.
