• Read and approved minutes from October 28, 2009 meeting
• Financials were not available since the monthly meeting was re-scheduled so early in the month, due to venue availability.
• Landscape Committee: Confirmed the clean up on 99^th Avenue was completed. .
• Communications Committee: Information for the December newsletter is due to Eldora Engebretson, by November 16, 2009.
• Architectural Requests: No new requests
• Open Issues: Diane moved to request the grant cover two Mutt Mitt Stations, Elaine Ball seconded the motion, all voted yea. Discussed grant requirements and the location for the stations. Diane will take pictures and complete and submit grant request.
