Monthly Meeting Minutes

  1. Meeting called to order: 6:00 P.M.

    2. Board Members present:

  2. Residents in attendance: Harry Green Lot 110; Diane Levine Lot 325; Mr. McVey Lot 50

    3. Read & Approved Minutes of Prior Meeting – Eldora moved to dispense with reading the minutes as were distributed prior to the meeting. No additions or corrections were needed, and the minutes will be filed.

    Review & Submit Monthly Financial Statements – Financial statements will be filed for audit.

  3. Landscape Committee: Eldora: Trees have been trimmed and oleanders and other plants are next on the schedule. There may be a water issue on the east side of 99th Ave. which will be investigated

    4. Communications Committee: Info for the next newsletter is due by November 10, 2009 for the December Invoicing.

  4. Management report:
      1. There is a pet waste issue per the lawn maintenance person on near the retirement apartments on 101st Ave. Diane Levine will research cost and issues involved in putting up a poly bag dispenser with receptacle for dog owners to use.

VII. Written Appeals

a. Lot 536 – request waiver of late fees. Eldora moved to waive the fees, seconded and carried.

b. Lot 44 - request waiver of late fees. Eldora moved to waive the fees, seconded and carried.

c. Lot 346 – request waiver of fine. Eldora moved to waive the fine, seconded and carried.

d. Lot 234 – request waiver of fine. Eldora moved to waive the fine, seconded and carried.

VIII. Architectural Requests

Requests were received from Lots 550, 481, 448, 371, 382, 245, 360. All have been approved.

IX. Other homeowner concerns – Graffiti and landscape maintenance on city owned property.

Homeowner will call the city.

X. Board Concerns:

a. Annette would like to educate homeowners regarding the placement of satellite TV equipment. This will continue to be included in the newsletters.

b. The annual meeting is set for October 28, 2009 at the Parkridge Elementary School library

c. The garage sale the weekend before.

XI. The meeting adjourned at 6:31 P.M for executive session.
